Refund policy
Our plants have a 99% success rate of arriving healthy and in good condition. If for some reason they do not arrive healthy and in good condition we will replace them. If your plant is sold out we will issue store credit for the full amount of the plant. All replacement requests must be made within 5 days of the delivery date. To make a replacement request please email: bayfoliage@gmail.com a photo of the entire plant, another photo of any damage, and your order number. Please note that minor bruising, the breaking of a leaf or two, scratches, nicks, and the bending of foliage are all a normal part of a plant's life cycle.
