Our plants have a 99% success rate of arriving healthy and in good condition. If for some reason, they don't we will replace them on us. If your plant is sold out we will issue store credit for the full amount of the plant. All replacement requests must be made within 5 days of the delivery date. To make a replacement request please email bayfoliage@gmail.com a photo of the entire plant, another of any damage, and your order number.
